With 30 years of extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, Don has honed expertise across various domains, including design, programming, and machining. His career journey encompasses significant roles in project management, where he successfully led numerous initiatives, and as a General Manager, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision. This diverse background has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing process, enabling him to drive innovation and efficiency at every stage.
